Shipping Policy

Order preparation and delivery

Levain Bakery begins handling a paid order after payment confirmation and completes processing within 0-1 business day. Our processing week runs Monday through Friday; weekends and public holidays are excluded. A purchase made on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday moves into processing on the next business day.

Transit estimate

After dispatch, expected carrier travel is 3-5 business days. Counting the handling period, the usual total estimate is 3-6 business days. Packages are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Destinations and checkout charges

We ship only to addresses within the United States, and checkout shows the destinations currently available. Any applicable delivery charge appears before purchase completion; an available free-shipping offer is also displayed there. Submit a complete, accurate, and deliverable address because delays or failures caused by customer-supplied incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address details are not our responsibility.

Tracking and delay assistance

When available, tracking details arrive in the shipment-confirmation email. After the carrier receives the parcel, allow up to 24 hours for tracking events to appear. Carrier problems, weather, holidays, heavy order volume, and other circumstances outside our control can extend delivery. If the estimate has passed, contact the team so we can check status.

Address corrections and missing parcels

Review the destination before ordering. Tell us as soon as possible about an error; we will try to change it before shipment, but cannot promise an alteration after processing or dispatch. When tracking says delivered and the parcel is absent, first inspect the delivery area and ask the carrier for details, then contact support if further review is needed.
